When I was 24 years of age, I began losing my hair at a rapid rate and this was devastating to me.  I researched every possible hair replacement process in the marketplace and tried them all- including solutions, sprays, drugs, and yes, even hair transplants.  None of those options gave me the "natural" appearance that I was desiring.  I met with a few hair replacement businesses, but the hair units they were showing me looked fake to me.  My luck changed one day (I still remember it like it was last week!) when I found myself in a consultation with the gentleman at Just Hair.  That meeting changed my life forever.... 22 years later, I am still grateful every day for this high quality small company.  Here's what I learned over the years that made the difference for me:  1.  People recognize hairpieces if they are cheap and poorly made.  If you want a "natural" look, then you need a "custom" made unit that is specifically made for you.  2.  If you want number 1, then you need to go to a business that specializes in designing these types of units- not a nationwide mass production company on late night cable tv.  Just Hair is exactly that type of of company.... that custom designs your unit for such a natural appearance that people assume the hair is all yours.  Trust me, if this company were based in Los Angeles, this is where people in the entertainment industry would go.

Brought my friend into see Marc after going though chemo for breast cancer, Marc made her feel so comfortable even though she was a little embarrassed to show her thin and fragile hair. Mike and Mark are great and make their clients feel very comfortable. Set up different options for services, payments with your best interest in mind. I have been more than pleased with the results I got after much reservation to start. I get a great result and am more than satisfied with services rendered every visit. I would highly recommend to anyone, even though to me the privacy is a key element that they understand and accommodate. Great buisness run very professionally with a good element of easy going fun. I have been associated with Just Hair Clinic for over twenty years and am extremely indebted to Marc & Mike Epstein for their expertise and knowledge in provding me with the best hair replacement system and service.  I am in the sales world and I would not have been able to continue in that vocation if not for the wonderful products and care that they have provided to me. My hair replacement is so natural looking that no one except my husband and children are aware that I am wearing a replacement.

I have a long time beautician acquaintence that still to this day does not know.  Some of my friends ask me where I have my hair cut and styled.

Over the years we have become family and Marc has worked with me extensively fitting into my schedule for appointments.  The Epstein men are caring and considerate.  They know the heartache first hand regarding hair loss and they do everything to make their clients feel comfortable and supply them with the best quality natural hair obtainable.

I didn't really know what to expect. I set up an appointment with Mike and Marc, who very kindly and generously provided a free consultation, in order to determine what was in my best interest. It was definitely reassuring to know that both Mike and Marc wear their own product. After reviewing all my options, I decided to go for it. I couldn't be more confident. I love my new hair! After Mike applied my new hair, a beautiful, young lady, Breana, styled it and colored it to perfection. I am now regularly going to Just Hair Clinic for touch-ups and maintenance. This is the 1st time I met with Marc Epstein.  I got a really positive impression about him.  First, his outward appearance was much better then what he presented himself from his website.  As he is using his own appearance as the advertising of his product, he looks much younger then what he is.  He himself is already a solid proof to demonstrate the excellence of his own products and services.  
Marc was not only knowing his customer privacy, but also shown high experience/knowledge within his industry.  To summarize, I will give him and his business a 5 stars review based on the following 7 points: 
1. Sensitive to customer needs - excellent communication skills, which is highly appreciated within the industry
2. Sensitive to customer budget- giving a wide range of products and service choices for you to choose
3. Knowing his products - as you may already know the variety of product available in this industry
4. Skillful , confidence, excellent hair cutting and system installation technique, by Marc himself
5. Good office/workroom design
6. Quick turnaround/excellent control of time: for both preparing the product and actual installations.
7.
